best thing the Corvallis Sewer did was hire Roger as our Engineer. He has
worked for the Peace Corp developing sewage and water systems. He has alot
of knowledge in this area. He is able to evaluate a system, a pump and let
us know what needs to be done. He also has the communication skill of writing
on paper what needs to be done so both the customer and the board can look
at the paper and understand the process. He has the knowledge to read test
data and also the ability to explain it in simple terms so all can understand
it. The big thing about the Growth Policy is that it protects our water,
soil and air. This is what we need to continue to protect in the County
Zoning. Understanding water and sewage systems in important in protecting
this quality of living. Roger takes an active part. He attends meetings,
speaks when he has something to contribute and listens when others are talking.
Roger just doesn't listen for a time to interject his thoughts, he listens
to what the speaker has to say. I think all of these qualities would make
